Service Policies & Operating Procedures
Treatment Schedule
Treatments are performed every 21 days, beginning in Spring and continuing through Halloween.
Each service visit takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
Service continues for the full season unless you notify us by text to stop.
Communication
A text reminder is sent the day before your scheduled treatment.
No additional confirmation is required.
All service requests, changes, or cancellations must be submitted by text.
Payment & Cancellation
No contracts. Cancel anytime by text.
A card on file is required unless the season is paid in full.
If you are not satisfied, we will refund your most recent service and discontinue future treatments.
Re-Sprays & Service Adjustments
If mosquito activity persists, text us for a complimentary re-spray.
If frequent re-sprays are required, mosquito control may not be an appropriate long-term solution for your property.
If you choose to delay a scheduled treatment, complimentary re-sprays are not included for that service cycle.
Weather Policy
We do not apply treatments during active rainfall.
If weather affects your scheduled appointment, we will automatically reschedule you. No need to reach out.
If it rains directly after your treatment and you experience issues, text us and we will address it.
Safety Requirements
Pets and children must remain indoors during treatment and for 45 minutes afterward, or until the product has fully dried.
